AM PM Skincare Routine
Morning and Night skincare routine are different as in morning you should products that protects your skin while in night you should use products that repairs your skin. AM/PM skincare routine is a perfect way to keep your skin healthy and radiant.

1.CLEANSER
Cleanser helps to extract all the dirt and impurities from your skin. Using cleansers in your AM PM skincare routine, according to your skin type to avoid any consequences. For oily skin, look for cleansers that contains salicylic acid or benzoyl peroxide as they remove excess oil without stripping the skin of its natural moisture whereas cream or oil based cleansers can be a good option for dry skin as they can help to nourish and hydrate the skin while removing dirt and impurities.
2.TONER
Toner can help to prepare your skin for other products in your skincare routine by removing impurities and balancing your skin’s pH. It ensures that other products are able to penetrate the skin more effectively. Toners can help to tighten and minimize the appearance of pores, which can be great for those with oily and acne prone skin. Avoid toners that contain harsh ingredients and irritating to the skin. Toners that contains ingredients like hyaluronic acid, aloe vera, glycerin soothe and hydrate dry skin.
3.SERUM
Serums are lightweight, fast-absorbing skincare product as they can be used under other skincare product Serum are more effective as they target specific skin concerns and boost collagen production in the skin. Water based serums that contains tea tree oil, salicylic acid, niacinamide are perfect for oily skin as they prevent breakouts and regulate oil production. Serums that contains glycerin, hyaluronic acid and are non-drying are perfect for dry skin.
4.MOISTURIZER
Moisturizers helps to keep skin hydrated, soft and supple. Using moisturizer in your AM PM skincare routine can soothe and calm irritated skin and protect your skin from premature aging. Moisturizers that contains ingredients like hyaluronic acid are perfect for oily skin as they regulate oil production and hydrate your skin without making it feel greasy. For dry skin, moisturizers can help to replenish lost moisture and prevent flakiness, itching irritation. Look for moisturizer that contains ingredients like ceramides or glycerin as they help to lock in moisture and keep your skin hydrated throughout the day.
5.SUNSCREEN
Sunscreen protects skin from harmful UV rays and helps prevent skin cancer. Sunscreen that are lightweight and gel based won’t leave a greasy residue on skin and avoid clogging pores. Sunscreen that are labeled as moisturizing help combat dryness. Look for cream or lotion-based sunscreen that helps lock in moisture and keep your skin hydrated. At night, when there is no sun exposure, using sunscreen is unnecessary and can clog pores and cause breakouts.
6.SPOT TREATMENT
Spot treatment can be particularly effective at night because your skin is in repair mode while you sleep. Spot treatment are typically designed tp help reduce the appearance of acne and pimples but can be used for other types of blemishes or skin imperfections. It’s important to choose a spot treatment that is appropriate for your specific skin concerns. The best spot treatment for you will depend on your skin type and the severity of your acne, hyperpigmentation or dark spots.
7.EYE CREAM
Under eye cream at night can help to nourish and moisturize the delicate skin around your eyes while sleep. The skin around the eyes is thinner and more delicate than the skin on the rest of your face. A good eye cream can help to hydrate and plump up the skin making it look smoother and more youthful. Eye creams contains ingredients like green tea extract or caffeine that can help to reduce the puffiness & inflammation.
8.SLEEP MASK
Overnight sleep mask is a type of facial mask that is designed to be left on the skin overnight. Some sleep masks contains exfoliating ingredients like alpha-hydroxy acids (AHAs) which can help to gently remove dead skin cells and provide intense hydration to the skin while you sleep. While oily skin can be prone to breakouts and congestion, it can also become dehydrated if it is not properly moisturized. Sleep mask provide nourishment to the skin without adding excess oil or clogging pores. Look for a sleep mask that is infused with ingredients like glycerin and hyaluronic acid as they soften and hydrates dry skin. Some sleep masks contains emollients like shea butter or jojoba oil, which can help to plump up the skin and reduce flakiness, roughness and dryness.
