Smoothies: HEALTH & TASTE IN A GLASS
1.BANANA BERRIES SMOOTHIE
This delicious smoothie will satisfy your sweet cravings and prevents dehydration. It will help you achieve your weight gain goals and strengthen your bones.
In a blender add
1/2 cup mixed berries
1 banana (peeled)
1/2 mango (peeled)
2 tablespoon yogurt
1/2 cup milk
2 teaspoons honey
2-3 drops of vanilla essence
5-6 ice cubes
Blend all the ingredients well.
Pour the smoothie in a glass. Top up with some whipped cream and berries.
Serve it chilled.
2.SPINACH SMOOTHIE
This green smoothie not only control acne build up but also promotes collagen production that improves skin skin elasticity and joint health.
In a blender add
3/4 cup spinach
2 tbsp honey
1 banana
2 tsp of soaked chia seeds
2-3 drops of vanilla essence
1/2 cup yogurt
2-3 ice cubes
Blend all the ingredients well. Pour it in a glass and serve chilled.
